Use the credits with the earliest expiry first. Annual prices represent a 25% discount on 12 monthly payments; your effective cost per operation depends on the credits you purchase. Prices are in USD; the checkout shows the total before payment.

Local image tools and free source checks are separate from paid Hive analysis and hosted API usage. New payments are currently unavailable while PayPal is being prepared. The displayed plans describe the planned offering; no checkout or automatic charge is available.

Read the interval and the allocation

Yearly plans show the annual amount charged and a monthly equivalent for comparison. Credits are still issued each month. Monthly plans renew monthly. A one-time credit pack is a separate purchase and does not automatically renew.

Review the allocation period and expiry rules alongside the balance. Available, reserved and expiring credits describe different parts of your account. A processing reservation is not necessarily a final charge.

The free source report does not automatically run a paid model. Hive is the only paid model provider. Review the analysis scope and credit cost before any submission; no two-provider comparison is offered. A completed but inconclusive model result can still be chargeable; a technical failure releases the affected reservation.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need to pay to change DPI or calculate print size?

No. The local web tools are free. Hosted API processing and optional model analysis are separate services.

Does a one-time credit pack renew?

No. It is a single purchase with its own expiry policy.

When is a payment credited?

After the service verifies the payment provider’s confirmed status. A checkout return alone is not proof of payment.
