Verify the original file

- Open supporting details where available. Keep the result’s status, validation state and limitations when you share a conclusion.
Detected, not detected and unavailable
Detected means a supported signal was found. Not detected means the check did not find a supported signal in this particular file. Metadata removal, changes to the file or a model outside the supported coverage can all leave an AI-generated image without a detected signal.
Unavailable, a rate limit or an account-access error does not count as not detected. An issuer name alone does not mean a credential was trusted. Model and generation date remain absent when the provider does not supply them.
