Help us reproduce the issue
Tell us which tool or page you used, your browser and device, what you expected and what happened. For an online job or billing issue, include the request or order ID and the approximate time, including your time zone.
- Describe the input format and dimensions without attaching a private original by default.
- Include the exact error text and the steps immediately before it.
- For billing, identify the order and the disputed charge; never include a full card number or API key.
Private or security-sensitive reports
Do not paste passwords, private keys, authentication links, GPS coordinates or confidential image contents into a support message. Explain the issue first so we can agree on an appropriate way to investigate. If a screenshot helps, hide personal fields and unrelated browser content.
